Why I started LocalNomadic
I’m Theis, founder of LocalNomadic and Head of Partnerships at Nomadico. After six years of travelling and working remotely around the world, I’ve experienced the powerful value of connecting with local people. It creates a completely different travel experience, and the insights gained from slowly understanding a local community and a new part of the world are incredible.
Through LocalNomadic, I want to connect nomads with local people and projects, making it easier to make a positive difference, give something back to the places we are grateful to visit, and connect with people and communities on a deeper level.
